  •  Records must be measurable or comparable.

  •  Before taking a record attempt you must take a prior permission from the IWR team .

  •  Candidates must submit valid proof /evidence documents related to their record attempt. eg: Record attempt Form, Photos taken during attempt, video, witness letter, statement letter, Media coverage (newspaper cuttings) etc. 

  • The record holders should be clearly visible in the photo/video uploaded for the attempt.

  • Any attempt which is injurious/harmful or risky for a person, group, animals, environment or any other living being is strictly not allowed. We do not approve such records so do not make an attempt.

  • Incomplete form, documents or evidences submitted by the record aspirants, will not be considered as a valid record claims for which the organisation will have all rights to cancel such claims.

  •  The organisation has all rights to decide and approve or disapprove any record claims

Photos:

  • Upload one clear photo which should be taken during the attempt in the record details page .

  • The size of the photo should not be more than 15 MB.

  • The face of the participant should be clearly visible in the photo.

Video:

  • A clear video should be taken during the attempt and should be uploaded online

  • The link of the video has to be uploaded in the record detail page.

  • The face of the participant should be visible in the video.

Witness Letter:

  • The attempt has to be witnessed by the gazetted officer/government officer of your state/country.

  • The witness will provide a statement on his/her letterhead with the details of the attempt taken (participants name,date of the attempt, Attempt location and country).

  • The statement letter by the witness should be uploaded in the record detail page

Media Coverage:

  • Media coverage should be done for the attempt taken by a renowned newspaper of your country/state.

  • The newspaper cuttings should be uploaded in the record detail page.

ID Proof:

  • Any  Id Proof issued by government which mentions your Name, Nationality and photo should be uploaded in the record detail page.

  • In case of group attempt the group/organisation/institution head should provide the id proof.

  • In case of minor participant id proof/age proof (eg: birth certificate, any other) should be uploaded in the record detail page
